If you want to know the exact answer, then join the
competition Youth in Motion - Sport is healthy
(eating) - ideally, with other children from
school, local sports clubs, children's and youth associations,
and from all over Europe.

Let's be more active!
Every day contains 24 hours. Of these, children and youths
spend 9 hours lying down, 9 hours sitting (in school, in front
of the television and the PC) and 5 hours standing. Only 1
hour per day is dedicated to physical exercise, and no more
than 15 to 30 minutes to sports activities! This is nowhere
near enough!
