Let's be more active!
Every day contains 24 hours. Of these, children and youths spend 9 hours lying down, 9 hours sitting (in school, in front of the television and the PC) and 5 hours standing. Only 1 hour per day is dedicated to physical exercise, and no more than 15 to 30 minutes to sports activities! This is nowhere near enough!
