Sweet and simple
Common dishes in Poland are 'pierogi' (dumplings
with quark or cream cheese), 'uszka' (a kind of
ravioli), 'bigos' (sausage, mushrooms and cabbage),
braised pork with cabbage, desserts made with
poppy seed, and cheesecakes.
