Tips for sports

Never eat before exercising.
Wait 2-3 hours after a meal. Even if you only had a snack,
it can take up to three hours for the food to be digested!
Don't go hungry either!
In order to get the necessary amount of energy try eating
a light snack. Quark with fresh fruit or a slice of wholemeal
bread with low-fat cheese are ideal choices, and a banana
is an unbeatable power supply in between meals.
Always drink plenty!
It is important that you drink plenty before, during and after
sport. Mineral water or light fruit juice spritzers are ideal.
They are thirst-quenching and contain minerals which can quickly
be processed by your body.
